Annual Risk Management Survey

Each year a Risk Survey will be completed. This survey is an in-depth tool to identify any changes to your communities or new needs you may have for the upcoming year. The purpose of the survey is to discover any gaps that may exist in your insurance program and to reduce your loss exposure.

Risk Management Review

The purpose of the risk management review is to develop a plan to alleviate the negative impact that claims may have on your total insurance cost.

Quick Issue of Evidences and Certificates

We understand the importance of having evidences and certificates issued in a timely fashion. Our office has dedicated personnel to fulfill these requests for our clients.

Residents Letters

We will send each resident of our communities a letter containing the details regarding the insurance their board has placed for the association. The letter will also inform the resident of what he or she will be responsible to insure under their own a personal insurance policy.

Adequacy Letters

Our clients utilize our expertise in researching and drafting adequacy letters, which can alleviate some time constraints in preparing the insurance portion of public offering statements.
