Quarterly Strategic Meetings
BHB Insurance Services will schedule strategy meetings to review the activities of the past few months and make any necessary adjustments to your coverage. These meetings will be planned by our Business Development Center and scheduled to fit your calendar.
Annual Risk Management Survey
Each year a Risk Survey will be completed. This survey is an in-depth tool to identify any changes to your communities or new coverage you may have require for the upcoming year. The purpose of the survey is to discover any gaps that may exist in your program and to reduce your loss exposure.
Periodic Claims Review
The purpose of the claims review is to develop a risk reduction plan to alleviate the negative impact that claims may have on your total cost of risk. We encourage members of your firm to attend these reviews to form a clear understanding of the affect a claim has on your program, then assist in developing possible solutions.
Business Interruption Analysis
We assist in determining your exposure to a Business Interruption loss in the event a portion of your business is incapacitated, and help to develop a plan to cover your business adequately.
Contract Review and Pre-Signing Advice on Wording
Before you sign a contract, we offer to review the insurance requirements or liabilities assumed in the contract. You will then know how your insurance coverage address the liabilities assumed in the contract, so you can make an informed decision about signing the contract.
Account Manager Visits
